1. Agreement to These Terms and Conditions

By booking or participating in any experience at Just Escape Room, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and must follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are private experiences. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change at any time.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 2 hours before your scheduled game time, your $25 booking deposit will be issued as a gift card credit for a future booking.

If you cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your scheduled game time, or fail to arrive for your scheduled game, your $25 booking deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable and is not eligible for gift card credit.

Any remaining balance for your booking that has not yet been collected will not be charged if you cancel before arrival.

4. Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may receive reduced game time or be denied entry without refund.

5. Call-to-Book Reservations

Some time slots require booking by phone. Call (708) 304-0007 to request these times. Availability depends on staffing and is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

6. Participation Rules

Guests must follow all instructions. No excessive force, climbing, or unsafe behavior. Anyone intoxicated or acting inappropriately may be denied entry without refund.

7. Health & Safety

Participation is at your own risk. Rooms may include physical elements, tight spaces, loud sounds, and flashing lights. If you have medical conditions such as heart issues, epilepsy, light sensitivity, claustrophobia, or mobility limitations, use discretion before participating. Emergency exits are always available.

8. Video & Audio Recording

Rooms are monitored with video and audio for safety, security, and gameplay purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

9. Photos & Marketing

Photos or short video clips may be taken. These will only be used for marketing if you give consent. If you do not want to be included, notify staff before your game.

10. Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions. Charges may apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Escape Room is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during participation.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for safety concerns or rule violations.
