How to Book a Private Escape Room: FAQs
- How do I book an escape room at Just Escape Room? Booking is simple! On this page you can view our rooms and times that are available. Select your preferred adventure, follow the prompts, and you’re all set!
- Can I book an escape room for the same day? Yes! Same-day bookings are available if spots are open. Check our schedule online to secure your game time.
- How many people can play in a single booking? Each room holds 2–10 players, depending on the room. Groups larger than 10 can book multiple rooms at the same time and race to see who gets out first. Check each room’s details for the recommended team size.
- Can I book an escape room for a private event? Of course you can no matter your group size, you will never be with people you don’t know.
- What happens if I’m late to my booking? We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure your game starts on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
- Waivers If you’re looking to complete the waiver before you come in you should have gotten an email with the waiver attached. We also have waiver stations in store in case someone in your party forgot to fill it out beforehand.
- Is This Appropriate For Kids? We recommend ages 10 and up for Cabin Murder and The Attic and ages 13 and up for the Haunted Doll Shop and Floor 66, but every room is open to all ages. Kids 13 and under should play with an adult in the room.
- Do I have to Book Online For the quickest and easiest experience we recommend booking online. However, you are more than welcome to give us a call anytime to make a booking over the phone.
- Can I book a birthday party or team-building event? Definitely! Just Escape Room is perfect for birthdays, team-building, and other special events. Contact us to customize your booking.
- Call to Book bookings and Bookings for Outside our normal hours -For Call to Book Time Slots you must call 1 day in advance to make a booking (some exceptions may apply)-If you are looking to do an escape room outside of our normal hours please give us a call at (708) 304-0007 or send us an email at contact@justescaperoom.com
- What if I don’t know how many people I’m going to have? If you’re looking to book a room but not sure of the total number of players coming with you. Book for the number of players you know are definitely coming and the rest can be added in store.
- Refund policy All sales are final, and no refunds are issued. If you cancel or reschedule more than 2 hours before your game time, your $25 booking deposit becomes a gift card credit for a future booking. If you cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your game time, or don’t show up, the $25 deposit is forfeited and isn’t eligible for gift card credit. Any remaining balance that hasn’t been collected won’t be charged if you cancel before arrival. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
